1/2 cup of orange juice (organic or fresh squeezed)
1/2 cup of organic coconut water
pinch of Redmonds Real Salt or Celtic Sea Salt
Adrenal Limeade
1 cup coconut water
1 fresh squeezed lime
pinch of Redmonds Real Salt or Celtic Sea Salt
Orange Dreamsicle
1/2 cup of orange juice (organic or fresh squeezed)
2 tablespoons coconut milk or coconut cream
1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar
pinch of Redmonds Real Salt or Celtic Sea Salt
Directions: Mix ingredients together, pour over ice, and enjoy!
